Danny Dever is the senior product manager for TransmetriQ's shipment management & visibility solutions, where he leads the development of tools that help rail shippers anticipate and avoid disruption across the transportation lifecycle. With more than 20 years of experience spanning logistics and technology, he brings a practical, shipper-informed perspective to building scalable. rail management solutions. Dever works closely with shippers, ports, 3PLs, and other transportation partners to translate operational challenges into product capabilities. His work helps shippers address inaccurate ETAs, limited inbound visibility, and fragmented shipment booking processes, while recently extending TransmetriQ’s platform beyond rail to include real-time ocean shipment tracking.

An active industry contributor, Dever participates in multimodal transportation panels and conferences including IANA, and is frequently referenced by publications such as Railway Age, Inbound Logistics, Supply & Demand Chain Executive, and Feed & Grain. Dever was recognized as a 2023 Pro to Know award recipient by Supply & Demand Chain Executive.
